End-User Licence Agreement

This End-User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and JHD Groundworks & Landscaping Ltd ("JHD", "we", "us"). It governs your use of our website and the JHD management system (the "Application"), including its connection to Intuit QuickBooks. By using the Application you agree to these terms.

Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Application for its intended business purposes. The Application is intended for use by JHD staff and its authorised users, and by customers viewing quotes and documents shared with them.

Restrictions

  • Do not copy, modify, resell or redistribute the Application.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, reverse engineer, or interfere with its security or operation.
  • Do not share your login details or use another person's account.
  • Do not use the Application for any unlawful purpose.

QuickBooks integration

The Application connects to QuickBooks Online with your authorisation to read invoices, payments, expenses and reports. Access is read-only; we do not create, change or delete data in QuickBooks. You may disconnect at any time from the Application or from your Intuit account. Your use of QuickBooks remains subject to Intuit's own terms.

Your data

You retain ownership of your data. We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Application, its design, content and branding remain the property of JHD Groundworks & Landscaping Ltd.

Disclaimer

The Application is provided "as is". While we take care to keep it accurate and available, we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Financial figures shown are for information and should be checked against your accounting records.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, JHD is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of data or profits, arising from use of the Application. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach this Agreement. You may stop using the Application at any time.

Changes

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.

Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
